In line with recent government announcements with regards non-essential retail, we are planning to reopen on 17 June. However, due to the ongoing risk from Covid-19, we will have to make some changes both to our opening hours and to the customer services we normally offer.
To thank our customers for bearing with us in these unprecedented times, we are reopening with 30% off all full priced stock (does not include hirewear, special orders or stock that is already reduced).
Due to staffing changes and a new regime for cleaning, our initial opening hours will be:-
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am – 3pm
Saturday 10am – 4pm
Monday, Tuesday and Sunday Closed
Although we can offer a “virtual shop” using either WhatsApp Video Call or Zoom video call. If you would like to send us an email to [email protected] with the request, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Customer Services Changes
To comply with social distancing requirements, we are not currently able to offer a fitting service, for hire or retail, but with many years experience we should be able to advise accordingly. Also, because of staffing changes, our alteration service is suspended. However, we can discuss options with you at the time of any purchase.
- There will be a hand santising station as you enter the shop, which we would encourage all customers to use on entry.
- There will be a one way system around the shop with signage to indicate this. The left hand side of the double width staircase will be up only, with the right hand side being down.
- We cannot allow more than 6 customers in the premises at a time to enable us to comply with the 2m social distancing requirements. This means that for wedding parties in particular, a maximum of 2 people from each party can attend at the same time.
- Our staff will have the option to wear face masks and gloves, so please do not be offended ... it isn’t personal!
